We are offering a variety of set plans to fit your goals and current fitness level. These plans are either 4, 8 or 12 weeks long and provide you with in-depth sessions plans, technical and nutrition tips and training advice to help you towards achieving your goal.
4 week plan = £25
8 week plan = £40
12 week plan = £60
We're offering 4,8 or 12 week bespoke training plans. These plans are to help you improve, using specifically designed plans to help you reach your goals. With these plans you will receive, a phone consultation to discuss your goals, current fitness and what you want to get out of the plan, fitness and prior training review, power and heart rate testing (if applicable) an in-depth plan custom built for you and technical and nutrition advice.
4 week plan = £75
8 week plan = £125
12 week plan = £175
If you wish to continue with coaching after you've completed any of the purchased plans you will receive 30% off your first month.
